After traveling and researching several possible Caribbean destinations, Accent Marketing Services chooses to partner with DirecOne to handle Third party verification for one of their Fortune 100 clients. Peter Pena, CEO of DirecOne said "We are extremely excited about this partnership and expect that DirecOne will benefit from the experience and leadership that Accent has in the CRM niche". The initial deployment will be 45 seats on two shifts. It is likely that a third shift will be introduced in the near future to provide 24X7 coverage. Another, key reason that Accent chose DirecOne and Trinidad was the availability of Spanish speaking agents as a result of the close ties between Venezuela and Trinidad.
