You will be directly responsible for providing first line support for the customers of a leading US based telecommunications provider of Mobile Services.
The ideal applicant must possess the following:
· 5 CXC/GCE passes inclusive of English and Mathematics
· Computer Literate
· A minimum of two (2) years experience in a Customer Service environment would be an asset
· Strong Analytical and negotiation skills
· Excellent Oral Communications skills
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Excellent work ethic
· Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
