The Accent on the right partner and that partner is Accent.
The DirecOne/Accent partnership began in 2002. Accent brought a cultural compatibility, sound business practices and a track record of some eleven (11) years experience in the CRM arena. Accent can boast of having in its client base a number of the Fortune 500 companies. Accent’s primary responsibility as a DirecOne partner, is to continue to source Fortune 500 clients, while together managing the rollout of enterprise wide CRM solutions.
The DirecOne/Accent partnership has led to substantial capital investment and technology upgrades that will see the DirecOne facilities considerably expanded.
With the accent being on “The Right Partner” DirecOne saw their partnership bear fruit as early as May of 2002. Accents’ experience in the industry and being well acquainted with other Contact Center destinations across the globe, as well other Caribbean destinations made their decision to choose to partner with DirecOne to handle the Third party verification for Sprint, a historic one. The initial Sprint Contract, a third party verification program (TPV), occupied approximately 100 dedicated seats in both English and Spanish, inbound and outbound. Two years later DirecOne achieved a significant milestone in successfully securing the Sprint PCS contract to handle all their customer care programs. In March 2004, DirecOne and Accent celebrated the signing of a new contract with US Telecom Giant, Sprint PCS. DirecOne now enjoys growing success due to its successful partnerships.
